When using Plexa to retrieve healthcare data:
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid patient authorization.
Plexa may provide tools to facilitate consent, but responsibility remains with you.
You must comply with applicable healthcare data regulations in your region.
You must not store or use patient data beyond what is legally permitted or authorized.
Plexa acts as a secure data conduit, not a long-term data repository.
7. Data Privacy
Plexa handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
We do not sell personal data.
We do not store patient health data except as strictly necessary for processing authorized requests.

All underlying technology and infrastructure
You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Services for your own applications.

9. Service Availability
